Reports and Screenshots

Typical racking damage records are kept in files, folders or just neatly piled high in cabinets or shelving. This system works well if you don't need to do anything further with the information you have acquired.

The Law now requires that you should act upon racking damage information and, understandably, the "file and forget" system is less than useful and can put your company at risk.

Because RackCare doesn't have any instant access limitations all the information about your racking damage (past and present) is all accessible on our secure servers available 24 hours a day.

 

Reports

Whether you wish to view how many pallets you currently have out of service through damage, create a historical report about your costs, or just want to see how successful you are at managing your racking, it's all there for you to view.

 

We have standard reports for you to use or you can create your own from the filters provided. When you have created the necessary reports or charts, you can save those formats for the next time. Then it's just the one click report compilation - from real time data.

The RackCare portal displays all the headline information you might want - one glance takes it all in. From this screen you can access the whole range of  information on your site as well as create and monitor inspection schedules and repair orders.
